Return & Refund Policy

Items purchased from CRISP ATTIRE are eligible for return/exchange if requested within 3 days of delivery.

1. We offer a 3-day hassle-free return & exchange period from the date of delivery, with an additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We provide reverse pick-up services, and a return/exchange fee will be charged per order, regardless of the number of items within that order.

2. All items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with the tag, labels, and in the same packaging.

3. For all second-time shipments, a return/exchange fee will apply. You can alternatively choose to self-ship/arrange pickups.

4. Items purchased on sale/clearance/pre-applied discounts/bundle discounts are final sale items and cannot be returned. However, we would be happy to replace them with a different size if you’d need a size exchange.

5. For approved returns, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected at our facility.

6. Using discount codes does not make an item a final sale. The items can still be returned as per the original pricing terms.


How to cancel an order?

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by mailing us at contact@crispattire.com as soon as possible, and we’ll attempt a cancellation before your order is processed further.


How to process a return?

Step 1: Ensure items are in good condition. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and unworn with all original tags attached. Place the item(s) back in the original package in the same way it was delivered.

Step 2: Raise a Return/Exchange request from our Return and Exchange Center.

Step 3: Our team will schedule a pick-up, which should take up to 3-5 days. For a size exchange, the new size(s) will be shipped in parallel. For returns resulting in a refund, the product must first reach our facility for quality inspection.

Received the wrong order or goods damaged on arrival?

Please mail us at contact@crispattire.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods to raise a request against wrong/damaged orders.

Please provide us with:

  1. Your order ID
  2. A photo of your received order
  3. A detailed description of the issue.

Our team will proactively arrange a reverse pick-up and send out a fresh product.

Please note: The items should be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the same condition as when delivered to be eligible for a return against damaged or incorrect goods.
